RE Land DIvISion Tentative Submittal - McKee Property
Dear Mr Llmblrd
I wanted to clarify how the storm water IS to be handled for this project
As you know, the streets within this area were constructed dUring the mid 1990's At
that time, the street stormwater system was designed with the future partltlonrng of
eXisting lots In mind A copy of the Original street design IS on file with your Public
Works Department
The Site Assessment Map shows the location of weep holes that were Installed as part
of the Original construction EXisting homes and any proposed homes will connect to
those weep holes to carry stormwater run-off from roof drains Driveways are and will
be designed to shed water to the curb line gutter
I have also Included 8 additional copies of the Site Assessment Map The only change
IS that I Included the location of a power vault, phone riser and broad band riser These
utilities are located near the northeast corner of proposed Parcel 2 As you recall, the
Springfield Utility Board representative indicated that power for proposed Parcel 2,
would come from the power vault at the northeast corner of proposed Parcel 2 The 7'
PUE will prOVide a path for power, phone and broad band service to the property
