There is no formal opportunity for citizen participation during Work Sessions. The meeting location is wheelchair-accessible. WORK SESSION
1. Willamette River Open Space Vision and Action Plan –
Jeff Krueger of Lane Council of Governments (LCOG) will present the Willamette River Open Space Vision and action Plan – a comprehensive open space vision for our region’s Willamette River corridor. The open space vision
will serve as a non-regulatory, long-term conceptual framework to guide future open space and associated urban
connectivity, tourism, natural function, and recreation planning efforts for the Willamette River corridor. Incremental implementation of the vision will be achieved through the combined voluntary efforts of the partner
agencies, property owners, and the public.

Springfield TSP Update – Goal, Objective and Policy Review and Update – The Transportation System Plan (TSP) update will address long-range (20-year) transportation needs for the City of Springfield by updating goals, objectives, policies and performance measure which are currently found in
TransPlan. The focus of this work session will be on goal, objective, and policy development. Performance measure updates will be addressed later in the planning process.
