There is no formal opportunity for citizen participation during Work Sessions. The meeting location is wheelchair-accessible. For the hearing-impaired, an interpreter can be provided with 48 hours notice prior to the meeting. point2point Solutions is the regional organization that provides and coordinates transportation options for the Eugene – Springfield metropolitan area. They provide a comprehensive, cross-jurisdictional approach to managing the demand for road use by offering a variety of programs and services to reduce congestion on roadways.

2. Springfield 2030 Refinement Plan – Proposed redesignations to resolve existing Plan/Zone conflicts –
Staff will present a proposal that would resolve a significant number of plan/zone conflicts through subsequent adoption of the Springfield 2030 Refinement Plan – a refined comprehensive plan diagram for Springfield.
