The meeting location is wheelchair-accessible. For the hearing-impaired, an interpreter can be provided with 48 hours notice prior to the meeting. For meetings in the Council Meeting Room, a “Personal PA Receiver” for the hearing-impaired is available. To arrange for these services, phone 726-2700.

Tonight’s Work Session involves a discussion of the following items:
1. SUBJECT: 2009-2013 Capital Improvement Program, A community Reinvestment Program
PROGRAM SITE: City of Springfield PROGRAM PROPOSAL: Springfield’s CIP is a five-year plan for funding and
construction of the City’s public facilities and it is updated
annually. Projects are selected from a long list of needed capital improvements.
