The meeting location is wheelchair-accessible. For the hearing-impaired, an interpreter can be provided with 48 hours notice prior to the meeting. For meetings in the Council Meeting Room, a “Personal PA Receiver” for the hearing-impaired is available. To arrange for these services, phone 726-2700.

Tonight’s Work Session involves a discussion of the following items:
1. APPLICATION: Appeal of Director’s Decision for Application SUB2006-00055 APPLICANT(s) NAME: Jill Hoyenga and Debra Glezer
CASE NUMBER: ZON2007-00026 APPEAL SITE: 17-03-27-31 TL 900, 1000, 3600, and 3601
APPEAL PROPOSAL: The Appellants allege that the tentative subdivision decision for
Quinalt Subdivision (hereinafter “The Decision”) contains errors in the application of code standards and conditions of approval.
Appellants are objecting to Director’s Findings 13, 18, 29-32 and 34.
The appellant is also recommending 4 additional conditions of approval related to modified Findings.
