The meeting location is wheelchair-accessible. For the hearing-impaired, an interpreter can be provided with 48 hours notice prior to the meeting. For meetings in the Council Meeting Room, a “Personal PA Receiver” for the hearing-impaired is available. To arrange for these services, phone 726-2700.

1. Springfield Development Code Edit and Reformat Project Update –
The Planning Commission and City Council have directed staff to edit and reformat the Springfield Development Code (SDC) without changing development standards and policies.
The purpose of this project is to transform the SDC into a more contemporary and user

2. Glenwood Redevelopment Update –
Provide an update on the recent activities of the efforts of the Springfield Economic
Development Agency (SEDA) to redevelop the Glenwood Riverfront area and some perspective on anticipated activities that the Planning Commission may see in the future.
