The meeting location is wheelchair-accessible. For the hearing-impaired, an interpreter can be provided with 48 hours notice prior to the meeting. For meetings in the Council Meeting Room, a “Personal PA Receiver” for the hearing-impaired is available. To arrange for these services, phone 726-2700.

WORK SESSION
1. Possible Springfield Development Code Amendment – Section 36.135 Temporary Use – Emergency Medical Hardship -
The Planning Commission in the past has raised questions concerning the meanings of the
terms “temporary” and “emergency” that are part of the Emergency Medical Hardship
process. Staff has prepared a draft Springfield Development Code (SDC) amendment as a starting point to address these questions for Planning Commission review and consideration.
