WORK SESSION
1. Conceptual Development Plan –
The property involved in this CDP is located south of Main Street at 48th Street and extends south and then east between the Weyerhaeuser truck road and the Union Pacific Railroad
tracks, Jasper Roads and Mt. Vernon Road on the south and extends eastward. Most of the
area is zoned Low Density Residential with approximately 175 acres and 21 parcels under various ownerships. Portions of the area are located outside of the City Limits, but all parcels
are within the Springfield UGB. The East Main Refinement plan requires that a Conceptual
Development Plan be prepared for this area prior to any development. The Refinement Plan requires that the Planning Commission review the CDP with no public hearing.
