The meeting location is wheelchair-accessible. For the hearing-impaired, an interpreter can be provided with 48 hours notice prior to the meeting. For meetings in the Council Meeting Room, a “Personal PA Receiver” for the hearing-impaired is available. To arrange for these services, phone 726-2700.

1. Metro Plan Diagram Amendment and Concurrent Mid-Springfield Refinement Plan Diagram Amendment and Rezoning – JO# LRP2005-00015 –
Applicant’s are requesting that the Metro Plan diagram designation of their property be
changed from Light-Medium Industrial to Low Density Residential. If approved this action
will result in an automatic amendment of the Mid-Springfield Refinement Plan diagram and zone change to Low Density Residential.
