The meeting location is wheelchair-accessible. For the hearing-impaired, an interpreter can be provided with 48 hours notice prior to the meeting. For meetings in the Council Meeting Room, a “Personal PA Receiver” for the hearing-impaired is available. To arrange for these services, phone 726-2700.

The City has contracted with Eaton Planning services to perform an audit of the Springfield Development Code. The Planning Commission as the advisory review body for planning
issues to the City Council is asked to review the audit and evaluate the consultant’s recommendations for improving the Springfield Development Code. This is an opportunity for the Springfield Planning Commission to be briefed by staff and discuss the consultant’s
