The meeting location is wheelchair-accessible. For the hearing-impaired, an interpreter can be provided with 48 hours notice prior to the meeting. For meetings in the Council Meeting Room, a “Personal PA Receiver” for the hearing-impaired is available. To arrange for these services, phone 726-2700.

1. CCI - SPRINGFIELD DEVELOPMENT CODE HOUSEKEEPING AMENDMENTS LRP25005-00012 –
In the role of the “Committee for Citizen Involvement” (CCI), approve the public
involvement portion of the proposed Springfield Development Code (SDC) Housekeeping Amendments project. Citizens Involvement will include, but is not limited to contact with the Lane County Homebuilders Association and the Chamber of Commerce; Two Planning
Commission and City Council work sessions; and the Planning Commission and City Council public hearings for ordinance adoption.

2. SPRINGFIELD DEVELOPMENT CODE HOUSEKEEPING AMENDMENTS
LRP25005-00012 – The proposed SDC Housekeeping amendments generally involve the reformatting of same
articles, clarification of text and compliance with recently adopted Oregon Revised Statutes changes. The proposed amendments do not affect policy or development standards, and are
Ballot Measure 37 neutral.
