The meeting location is wheelchair-accessible. For the hearing-impaired, an interpreter can be provided with 48 hours notice prior to the meeting. For meetings in the Council Meeting Room, a “Personal PA Receiver” for the hearing-impaired is available. To arrange for these services, phone 726-2700.

WORK SESSION
1. RiverBend Master Plan and Zone Change Deliberation– Discussion of staff report and response to written testimony.
On November 13, 2003 the Planning Commission held a public hearing to allow
members of the public to provide oral testimony on the RiverBend Master Plan
application LRP2003-0013 (PeaceHealth) and Zone Change request application
ZON2003-0019 (PeaceHealth). The oral testimony phase of the public hearing closed on the evening of November 13th. The Planning Commission held the written record open until November 20th and provided the applicant until
December 1st to submit written rebuttal.
