There is no formal opportunity for citizen participation during Work Sessions. The meeting location is wheelchair-accessible. For the hearing-impaired, an interpreter can be provided with 48 hours notice prior to the meeting. MDR CODE AMENDMENTS – Staff is initiating a code amendment to Article 31 – Site Plan Review, to correct an unintended outcome of site plan review requirements for single-family and duplex dwelling on Medium Density Residential (MDR) and High Density Residential (HDR) lots. Planner: Kay Bork 20 Minutes 2. IT UPDATE The Development Services Department has a new automated system with significant service enhancement opportunities. The Tidemark System integrates Building Permit, Planning and Code Enforcement programs with the City’s Geographic Information System capability. There is a powerful Internet capability which enables 7x24 customer service. This brief update is intended to familiarize Planning Commission members with the City’s automation tools, and present some of the future options which are available.
