The meeting location is wheelchair-accessible. For the hearing-impaired, an interpreter can be provided with 48 hours notice prior to the meeting. For meetings in the Council Meeting Room, a “Personal PA Receiver” for the hearing-impaired is available. To arrange for these services, phone 726-2700.

WORK SESSION
1. CONTINUATION FROM OCTOBER 21, 2003 MEETING - PEACEHEALTH
MASTER PLAN –
Staff will present the PeaceHealth master plan and zone change applications to the
Planning Commission and discuss the staff recommend conditions of approval. The
Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the master plan and zone change requests on November 12, 2003. The Planning Commission’s decision on these
applications is advisory to the City Council. Any questions or issues raised by the
Commission during this work session will be incorporated into the staff presentation
at the public hearing.
