Exceptions to Goals 3, 4, 11 and 14 for Property within the West Eugene Parkway Alignment (Greg Mott)
2. Accessory Dwelling Units and the Washburn Historic District - The Planning Commission must resolve whether or not to allow accessory dwelling units in the Washburne Historic District. The Planning Commission must consider the relevant
applicability of Goal 10 and the continued applicability of Goal 5 and how these two public interests either are, or are not, compatible. (Bork/Gale)
