WORK SESSION
1. Affordable Housing Implementation Project - Proposed Code Amendments- On November 6, 2001, the Planning Commission reviewed proposed code revisions for Cluster Subdivisions and proposed code language for Accessory Dwelling Units. During the work session the Planning Commission identified issues that require further discussion and clarification. (Bork) 2. Mixed-Use and Nodal Development Overlay District Zoning Districts - Continue reviewing Springfield's proposed Mixed Use District's (Article 40), and Nodal Overlay District (Article 41) for inclusion in the Springfield Development Code. The Commission will continue to work through the substance of the proposed articles. Discussion will begin with a brief review given the lapse in time since the Commission last looked at the proposed ordinance. Staff has made changes in the ordinance in response to the comments received when the Commission last met on the issue on June 19th. (Metzger)
