MIXED-USE & NODAL DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY ZONING DISTRICTS - Review the proposed addition of two new articles (Article 40-Springfield's Mixed Use Districts, and Article 41-Nodal Overlay District) for inclusion in the Springfield Development Code. In this third review, the Commission shall continue to work through the substance of the proposed articles. (Metzger) 60 minutes
