WORK SESSION
1. Residential Lands - Affordable Housing Implementation Project - Staff will give a presentation showing types of innovative housing being built that demonstrates the principals of the implementation measures that were identified as part of this project. The presentation is intended to generate discussion and determine if this is the type of development the Planning Commission wishes to encourage by amending the development code. (Bork) 30 minutes
2. Mixed-Use Development and Nodal Zoning District - Review the proposed addition of new articles for inclusion in the Springfield Development Code establishing mixed-use zoning districts and a nodal development overlay district, and make a recommendation to the City Council concerning its adoption.
