1. Planning Commission Training-
Meg Kieran will discuss the McClure Case - Dolan Takings case brought against the City by a property owner based upon a condition of partition approval. The
condition requires right-of-way dedication for the extension of "M" Street.
Joe Leahy will discuss Ballot Measure 7 - Ballot measure 7 amends the Oregon Constitution to require state and local governments to compensate land-owners if
they enact or enforce a regulation that lowers the value of an owner's property by restricting its use.
