WORK SESSION
1. Glenwood Riverfront Specific Area Plan Update-
Staff is requesting Planning Commission direction regarding the future land use pattern for the Glenwood Riverfront, so Staff can re-assess the project and determine whether
there is sufficient City official support to continue. (Julber)
2. CCI - Endangered Species Act 4d Rule Amendment Work Plan - Staff must amend the Springfield Development Code (SDC) to comply with two federal regulations. 1) the Endangered Species Act (ESA); and 2) the Clean Water Act (CWA). The Planning Commission is asked to review and approve the proposed "fast track" work plan in their role as the Committee for Citizen Involvement. Citizen involvement will include two public workshops, two Planning Commission and City Council work sessions and the Planning Commission and City Council public hearings for ordinance adoption.
