Bus Rapid Transit- The LTD staff will be present to discuss the preferred route in Glenwood and Springfield. The Planning Commission is requested to review the attachments related to these routes as a supplement to any other questions or issues that may have arisen during independent review of the EA. (Mott) 2. Residential Lands - Affordable Housing Implementation Project - There has been extensive citizen involvement during the development of the Residential Lands Study (RLS). The study was conducted by an inter-jurisdictional staff team and guided by a Citizen Advisory Committee. The implementation measures and policies included in the RLS have been reviewed by the CAC and adopted by each jurisdiction (City of Springfield, City of Eugene, and Lane County) and are part of our Affordable Housing Implementation Project. Residential Land - Affordable Housing Implementation Project - The work plan describes tasks to be completed, city-wide staff meetings, duration for draft and review, citizen involvement, public comment and approximate adoption date. The project is scheduled to begin February 2001 and adoption of code amendments are scheduled for October 2001. (Bork)
