I Just had a Gonversatlon with Brian about the crosswalks and pavers on the Mtgate North Cluster
He agreed that the pavers have had a bad track record In our area, and that stamped concrete would be more
reliable (and perhaps even easier to Install)
As far as the Issue of haVing the crosswalks In a non-signalized/controlled intersection, he IS accepting of leaVing
those In thiS circumstance-as It private and It appears will have a low traffic volume
So, we are accepting of the plans given that stamped concrete IS used In place of pavers

We Just had thiS Pre-Submittal today It seems that there have been some diSCUSSions gOing on between
Planning and the client on crosswalks-and some requests made for road modifications (namely pavers for
crosswalks, etc) Without Transportation Input
I think you Will need to weigh In on thiS
See the darkened hatch areas (attached) and let me know what you think I can give you more background
Information
I did tell Planning and the client that pavers Will not be accepted, but even stamped concrete may be
questionable, as the cross walks are not at a signaled Interseclion
