WORK SESSION
1. FOLLOW-UP TO JOINT WORK SESSION WITH CITY COUNCIL On April 17, 2000 the Planning Commission and Council met at a work session to discuss issues of mutual interest. The objective of the work session was to provide the Council an opportunity to clarify its Goals and Team Springfield target expectations and describe the Planning Commission’s role in these efforts. (Mott) 2. WORK SESSION TO REVIEW BY-LAWS FOR THE PLANNING COMMISSION I have included in your packet (2) two examples for your consideration. 1) Springfield Council Operating Policies and Procedures. 2) By-Laws of the Springfield Museum Board of Directors. It was recommended by Mayor Maureen Weathers that the Planning Commission consider adopting By-Laws. (Mott)
