1. GLENWOOD RIVERFRONT SPECIFIC AREA PLAN CITIZENS INVOLVEMENT PROGRAM- The Planning Commission is being asked to review and approve the attached Citizen Involvement Program that will guide citizen participation throughout the development of the Glenwood Riverfront Specific Area Plan. (Julber)
