APPLICANT(s) NAME: City- of Springfield CASE NUMBER: LRP2009-00001 PROJECT SITE: Gateway Refinement Plan area; Riverbend PROJECT PROPOSAL: The Planning Commission is asked to conduct a public hearing or deliberations on the implementation of a Nodal Development Overlay District affecting approximately 180 acres of northwest Springfield. The subject area is identified in adopted plans as the “McKenzie-Gateway MDR Site”.
