Proposal: The applicant is proposing to amend the Metro Plan diagram from Campus Industrial (CI) to Commercial/Nodal Development Area (NDA), Community
Commercial (CC) and Medium Density Residential (MDR)/NDA and to
amend the Springfield Zoning Map from CI to CC, Mixed Use Commercial (MUC) and MDR.
Location: North of Marcola Road, west of 31st Street, east of Mohawk Marketplace and South of the EWEB bike path.
