Dear Mr Satre,
The above referenced applications were submitted to the City on September 29, 2006 These
applications were determined to be Incomplete In the responses to Statewide Planning Goals 9
(Economic Development) and 12 (Transportation) City staff met with you and your staff on
October 24, 2006 concerning the Incomplete status On December 24, 2006, you submitted
additional Information On January 9th, I called to let you know that these applications were now
complete for review This letter IS a follow up to that call
The Planning Commission work seSSion and public heanng IS scheduled for March 20, 2007
and the City Council work session and public heanng IS scheduled for Apn116, 2007
