The Planning Commission is asked to re-open the public hearing requesting approval of a Zone Change. The zoning for the existing properties is Mixed-Use Commercial/Nodal Development (MUC/NDO); the request is to rezone to Public Land and Open Space (PLO). These City-owned tax lots are located
between “A” and “C” Streets, between Pioneer Parkway East and 4th Street. b. Continuation from March 21, 2006 Public Hearing - DRC2006-00013 (Discretionary Use) – City of
Springfield Police Department – Justice Center The Planning Commission is asked to re-open the public hearing requesting approval of a Discretionary
Use for a Justice Center development on 14 City-owned tax lots located between “A” Street and the alley between “B” and “C” Streets, and between 4th Street and Pioneer Parkway East.
