(PH) Vacation – Right-of Way – LRP2005-00037, Bernard Hiatt – Hold a public hearing for a request to vacate a 10-foot wide by 194.28-foot long strip of right-of-way along the northerly right-of-way line of Q Street on the northwest corner of Q Street and 10th Street. The Planning Commission will decide whether to advise the City Council to approve, approve with conditions or deny the request. Planner: Sarah Summers 15 Minutes b. (PH) Vacation – Plat – LRP2006-00001, Symantec – Hold a public hearing for a request to vacate three partition plats comprising the private property at the Symantec campus in the Gateway area. (PH) Re-Zone – ZON2005-00058, Breeden Brothers – Hold a public hearing for a request to remove the strip of PLO zoning to allow review of Low Density Residential development of the property. The remainder of the Moe Mountain site and surrounding properties are designated LDR on the Metro Plan.
