Zone Change – St. Vincent De Paul – ZON2004-00019– The subject property consists of two tax lots located at the southeast corner of Main Street and 5th Street, also describes on Lane County Tax Assessor Map 17-03-35-31, Tax Lots 10400 and 10500. The proposed zone change would bring the zoning of the site into conformance with the Metro Plan Diagram designation and Downtown Refinement Plan designation of Mixed Use. The site contains the Saint Vincent de Paul Society building currently used as a retail outlet store.
