Continuation from May 18, 2004 – Code Amendment of the Springfield Development Code – JO # LRP2004-00005 – Article 21 – On May 18, 2004, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on proposed Springfield Development Code (SDC) amendments that include portions of Article 21 CI Campus Industrial District and Article 2 Definitions. The public hearing was opened, closed and the record was held open for 10 days until May 28, 2004 to allow for additional written testimony. The Planning Commission must consider staff’s response to the oral and written testimony presented at the public hearing, and the additional written testimony with staff’s responses to that testimony.
