a. METRO PLAN AMENDMENT: AMENDMENT OF PFSP TO ADD TRANSMISSION PROJECT –
The Public Facilities and Services Plan (PFSO) is proposed to be amended to include the construction, along an existing
route, of an 115 kV transmission line from the Marcola Substation site at 28th and Olympic Streets to the Laura Street Substation site at Laura and Shelly Streets.
