A. Request for Plat Vacation Jo. No. 2002-06-0165 –
The applicant is requesting the vacation of the property line between lots 7 and 8 of Commercial Park subdivision. The vacation will consolidate the two lots which are under the same ownership. The vacation is a condition of approval for a tentative site plan application for Sports Way Business Park (Jo. No. 2002-05-0128). The applicant plans to construct a building across the lot line. B. Refinement Plan Diagram / Zone Change - Cascade Automation; Jo. No. 2002-07-0200 and
200207-0201 - The applicant, Cascade Automation, Inc. is requesting approval for an East Main Refinement Plan Diagram amendment and a concurrent Zone Change, in order to extend the southerly boundary of “Mixed-Use Area #2” to include property located at 157 So. 47th Street, Assessor Map Number 17-02-32-42, Tax Lot 2100 and to change the zoning of Tax Lot 2100 and 2101 to Mixed-Use Employment (MUE).
