A. Temporary Use - Emergency Medical Hardship 2001-10-0214 –
The applicant's request was denied because the medical hardship did not meet the approval criteria of the Springfield Development Code (SDC) Article 36.135(2). In the Appeal application, the applicant stated that the patient's health has declined and that the criterion is now met. (Linda Pauly)
