A. Appeal of Director's Decision for a Site Plan Jo, No. 2001-06-0142 - Leonard Tarantola submitted a site plan application, which was accepted on June 29, 2001. The site plan proposes to construct a 5850 square foot building for small business industrial shops in a Heavy Industrial zone. Mr. Tarantola expects the building to be used by small contractors or manufacturers who will use medium sized trucks or trailers.
The proposed plan shows the temporary access to the site from the south end of the site on South 16th Street with the future access on South B Street, 75 feet from the South 16th Street / South B Street intersection. The City Traffic Engineer determined that the driveway must be at least 150 feet from the intersection as required by SDC Table 32.4. (Summers)
