A. Request for Discretionary Use - Expansion of Non-Conforming Use in the LMI Zoning District Journal No. 2001-08-0168 – The property is currently developed with two, two-story structures that consist of three individual dwelling units and a storage area. The applicant would like to convert the existing storage area in one of the buildings into an additional unit. This would result in a total of four dwelling units on the property. (Stephens)
