Discretionary Use/Site Plan Review - St. Alice Church - Journal Number 2001-04-0074 – Applicant is requesting approval to construct a 1,750 square foot addition to the existing convent-education center. Expansions of churches in Low Density Residential (LDR) Zoning Districts are Discretionary Uses and require review by the Planning Commission. (Julber) B. Article 28 Amendments to Hospital Overlay District - Journal Number 2001-05-0113- Amended Article 28 - Hospital Support Overlay District to help meet the needs for redevelopment or new development of the hospital or medical related services. Additions to the use list and some standards need to be amended to allow full development of the McKenzie-Willamette Hospital area. (Oberst) C. Zone Change - McKenzie-Willamette Hospital - Journal Number 2001-05-0107- Applicant is requesting approval of a zone change from Low Density Residential (LDR) to Major Retail Commercial (MRC) and General Office Commercial (GO) for 12.6 acre of land.
