A public hearing was held on April 3 on the above applications. The public hearing was closed and the record
was held open for 7 days with 7 days rebuttal. The Planning Commission reconvened on April 17 for discussion. The Commissioners indicated their intent to approve the Metro Plan amendment, zone change, and
Conceptual Development Plan (CDP). The vote was delayed in order to allow time for the submission of further findings to be adopted. (Summers)
