A. Discretionary Use/Site Plan - Philip and Lois Shelley - Jo. No. 2000-10-0213 - The Planning Commission must decide whether or not to approve a Discretionary Use/Site Plan proposal to construct 8 single car garages, 3 RV parking spaces, and a caretaker's residence on vacant property in a LDR zoning district. The property is located adjacent to and North of the Bi-Centennial Condominiums, which are located at 1004 L Street and are owned by the applicant. The garages will be rented to residents of the Bi-Centennial Condominiums. Vehicular access to the
subject property is provided via a 20-foot wide access easement on West N Street. A pedestrian connection is planned between the two properties. (Lezell)
