A. Discretionary Use/Site Plan Approval - Eugene Water and Electric Board Jo #2000-06-0143 –
The Planning Commission must decide whether or not to approve a Discretionary Use/Site Plan proposal to construct a 15-million gallon reservoir, 100-million-per-day pumping station, and electric service upgrade to the existing filtration plant. High impact public facilities in Public Lands and Open Space zoning districts require Discretionary Use approval (SDC 23.020(4)(i)). Expansion of Discretionary uses requires review under Type III procedures (SDC 10.020). (summers)
