APPROVAL OF MINUTES – May 16, 2000 Work Session 3. REPORT OF COUNCIL ACTION – 4. BUSINESS FROM THE AUDIENCE – 5. QUASI-JUDICIAL PUBLIC HEARING – A. Modification of a Cascade Drive-In property Development Area Plan (DAP) Condition 1999-04- 0082 and Site Plan Review 1999-12-0294 – Continuation of the public hearing for Jenna Estate LLC for: 1) a modification of Development Area Plan (DAP) condition 4,e. and 2) Site Plan Review approval. Rather than deny the Site Plan application for not meeting the DAP condition for an approved Wetland Mitigation Plan and not having an approved access to the property, staff asked for a continuance of the public hearing from March 21 until April 18 and from April 18 until June 6. The Planning Commission granted those continuances. The DAP condition and the South 48th Street right-of-way issues are still unresolved. Staff recommends that the Planning Commission continue the public hearing from June 6 until July 5. The applicant has signed a new waiver of the 120-day requirement until August 1.
