A. Discretionary Use/Site Plan – New Life Center – (1999-11-0277)
The Planning Commission must decide whether or not to approve a Discretionary Use/Site Plan proposal to construct a phased addition to the existing church which includes: Phase I)
2,520 square foot play area/storage building; Phase II) 504 square foot porch enclosure, and Phase III) 1,440 square foot modular classroom. Use of the new facilities will include two
employees and approximately 20 children on weekday mornings from 9 – 11:30 a.m. No additional parking is proposed.
The subject property is zoned Low Density Residential. Churches in residential zoning
districts require Discretionary Use approval. (Lezell)
