NARRATIVE
THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO COMPLY WITH THE OREGON REVISED STATUES
CHAPTER 92 REQUIREMENTS FOR LAND PARTITIONS. TENTATIVE APPROVAL FOR THIS
PARTITION WAS ISSUED NOVEMBER 15, 2007 BY THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD JOURNAL
NUMBER "SUB2007-00Q56". THE CORNERS AND LINES SHOWN ON THIS PARTITION WERE
ESTABLISHED AS FOLLOWS:
THE RAILROAD SPIKE (MON A) AT THE CENTERLINE INTERSECnON OF SOUTH 47TH STREET
AND BLUEBELLE WAY WAS ACCEPTED AS BEING SAID INTERSECT/ON AS SHOWN ON LPPN
2000-P1404 (REF 2). THE 1/2" IRON PIPE (MON BJ. AT THE SOUTHWEST ~ORNER AND THE
1/2" IRON PIPE AT THE SOUTH EAST CORNER OF LOT 24 OF "E.M. HltJSHAW PLAT" (REF
1) WERE ACCEPTED AS BEING SAID LOT qORtJERS AS SHOWN ON LPPN 94-P0620 (REF 3).
THE CENTERLINE OF BLUEBELLE WAY WAS CALCULATED BY RUNNltJG A LINE FROM SAID
RAILROAD SPIKE (MaN A) TO A POINT SOUTHERLY, BY PERPENOICULAR MEA~lJREMENT, 30.00
FEET FROM SAID 1/2" IRON PIPE (MaN B). THE SOUTH MARGIN OF BLUEBELLE WAY WAS
CALCULATED BY OFFSt-IIING SAID CENTERLINE SOUTHERLY 30.00 FEET. THE 5/8" REBAR
(MON D) FOUND AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 29 OF "E.M. HINSHAW PLAT" (REF
1) WAS ACCEPTED AS BEING SAID LOT CORNER AS SHOWN ON LPPN 2000-P1404 (REF 2).
THE 1/2" IRON PIPE (MON C). AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 32 OF "[.M. HINSHAW
PLA T" (REF 1) WAS ACCEPTED AS BEING SAID LOT CORNER AS SHOWN ON LPPN 95-P0761
(REF 4). THE SOUTHWEST AND SOUTHEAST CORNERS OF LOT 31 OF "E.M. HINSHAW PLAT"
(REF 1) WERE ACCEPTED AT THE CALCULATED POSITIONS AS SHOWN ON LPPN 20QO-P 1404
(REF 2). THE EASTERLY LINE OF THE LANDS PLATTED. HEREON .WAS CALCULATED BY. RUNNING
A LINE NORTHERLY FROM SAID CALCULATED POSITION AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER TO THE
MIDPOINT OF A LINE RUNNING BETWE[N SAID 1/2" IRON PIPE (MON C) AND SAID 5/8"
REBAR (MON D). THE WESTERLY LINE OF LOT 31 WAS CALCULATED BY RUNNING A LINE
FROM SAID 1/2" IRON PIPE (MON C) TO THE CALCULATED POSITION OF THE SOUTHWEST
CORNER OF LOT 31 (REF 2).
