COMMITTEE FOR CITIZEN INVOLVEMENT
1. CIBL Stakeholder & Technical Advisory Committee lists –
Staff is in the final process of recruiting members to serve on the Stakeholder Committee and
Technical Advisory Committee. The purpose of the Stakeholder Committee will be to provide
ongoing guidance of key assumptions and review of information made throughout the process. The Technical Advisory Committee will provide feedback on technical issues related to the project;
including, but not limited to new and existing infrastructure; economic growth tends, etc. Staff will
present the proposed committee membership list to the Committee for Citizen Involvement (CCI). If enough names are gathered by the work session date, staff requests that the CCI approves the list as
present during this work session.
