RESIDENTIAL LANDS INVENTORY -CITIZEN INVOLVEMENT In December 2005, the City Council listed the completion of an updated inventory among their Council Goals for 2006. Staff is preparing a work program to complete an updated residential buildable lands inventory by the end of the year. The work program includes a Citizen Involvement Plan that is appropriate for review by the Committee for Citizen Involvement. Staff is seeking guidance from the CCI on key points where citizen involvement in various forms will be used to help shape an inventory process that is viewed as fair and accurate. Staff: Mark Metzger 30 Minutes 2. CODE REFORMAT PROJECT The Planning Commission will discuss the citizen involvement element of the Springfield Development Code Reformat Project. Staff will recap the work program for the project and seek comment from the Committee for Citizen Involvement regarding how formal a structure should be established to receive input as the project proceeds.
