CONTINUED Transportation System Plan (TSP) Implementation Project- The City of Springfield adopted the 2035 Transportation System Plan in 2014. The Transportation System Plan Implementation Project is following direction from the adopted TSP to update the Springfield Development Code, adopt the Conceptual Street Map, and make some changes to the TSP Project List and Figures to further implement these adopted policies.
