LEGISLATIVE PUBLIC HEARING –
1. CONTINUED Transportation System Plan (TSP) Implementation Project- The City of Springfield adopted the 2035 Transportation System Plan in 2014. The Transportation System Plan
Implementation Project is following direction from the adopted TSP to update the Springfield Development
Code, adopt the Conceptual Street Map, and make some changes to the TSP Project List and Figures to further
implement these adopted policies.

NOTE: If the hearing is continued or if the record is extended, both Planning Commissions must agree
and must agree to the same date for the continued hearing or record extension.
Discussion of the proposal including testimony and evidence addressing the applicable approval
criteria or other criteria cited in the record as applicable to the proposal; possible questions to staff or
public
Motion to recommend approval, approval with modification or conditions, or recommendation not to
adopt the proposal based on the information contained in the staff report, oral and written testimony,
and all other evidence submitted into the record
