1. City Attorney’s Office and City Staff will discuss Planning Commission Legal Issues including procedural requirements and ethics. Handouts will be distributed during the meeting, but the purpose of the meeting is to provide an open dialogue. Planning Commissioners are encouraged to
email Lauren (LAK@emeraldlaw.com) questions or topics in advance of the meeting they hope to have covered.
