Establishing the Willamette River Greenway Setback Line in Glenwood – Proposal to adopt a “Greenway Setback Line” for properties in Glenwood where this line has yet to be established. The Planning Commission is requested to approve, approve with conditions or amendment, or deny the proposed location for the setback as it applies to the location of the setback within the annexed ODOT right-of-way located beneath the Springfield bridges. The Hearings Official shall determine the setback for those properties which are outside of the city limits but within Springfield’s Urban Growth Boundary.
