LEGISLATIVE PUBLIC HEARING –
1. 2015-2019 Capital Improvement Program, A Community Reinvestment Program The draft of the City of Springfield’s 2015-2019 Capital Improvements Program (CIP) has been completed by
staff and has been reviewed by the Planning Commission during a work session on February 4, 2014. It is now being brought to the Planning Commission for final comments and a recommendation to forward the CIP to the City Council. The City Council will review in March, with final adoption scheduled for April 7, 2014.
