LEGISLATIVE PUBLIC HEARING –
Amendment to Chapter IV of the Eugene-Springfield Metropolitan Area General Plan (Metro Plan).
The planning staffs and legal counsel for Eugene, Springfield and Lane County have prepared
amendments to Chapter IV of the Metro Plan for the purpose of implementing ORS 197.304. The
proposed amendments clarify each jurisdiction’s role in future Metro Plan amendments and
amendments to related documents.
